SECTION 1 — PAN-INDIA SHIPPING (Dry & Shelf-Stable Products)
AriseRoots Private Limited ships all dry products — including Organic Flours, Besan, Sattu, Cold-Pressed Oils, Traditional Sweets, and Ghee — across India.

SECTION 2 — FRESH DAIRY: LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY
Fresh dairy products — Milk, Dahi (Curd), Chhachh (Mattha/Buttermilk), and Paneer — are available for local delivery only, within select pin codes in and around Haridwar, Uttarakhand.

SECTION 3 — DAIRY DELIVERY SLOTS & CHARGES
We offer two types of dairy delivery:
🥛 Type 1 — Scheduled Bulk Delivery (FREE) Our delivery executive covers the local area in two fixed daily slots:

Morning Slot: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM

Evening Slot: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Delivery is FREE for all scheduled slot orders

Ideal for daily/regular customers who order in advance

Orders must be placed before the slot begins to be included in that slot's delivery run

Delivery sequence and exact time within the slot is at the delivery executive's discretion
🛵 Type 2 — On-Demand Delivery (Chargeable) For orders placed between 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM:

Order value ₹299 and above: FREE delivery

Order value below ₹299: ₹39 delivery charge

Delivered within 4–5 hours of order placement
SECTION 4 — DAIRY PRODUCT SHELF LIFE
Customers are advised to refrigerate all dairy products immediately upon receipt and consume within:

Milk: 1–2 days (refrigerated)

Dahi (Curd): 24 hours (refrigerated)

Chhachh / Mattha: 1–2 days (refrigerated)

Paneer: 3–5 days (refrigerated)

Ghee: 12 months (store in cool, dry place)
AriseRoots is not responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.
SECTION 5 — CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

COD is available for both dairy and dry products

Dairy COD: payment collected at the time of delivery by our delivery executive

A 20% advance may be required for certain dairy orders as per our cancellation policy
SECTION 6 — FAILED DELIVERY

If customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, AriseRoots is not liable for product quality post failed attempt

Fresh dairy products cannot be re-delivered once a delivery attempt has failed
-
No refund will be issued for failed deliveries due to customer unavailability
