Welcome to AriseRoots! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to AriseRoots, a premium natural food brand dedicated to pure, unadulterated products. AriseRoots operates this store and website, providing you with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). AriseRoots is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read these Terms of Service carefully.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. To use the Services, you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping information. You represent and warrant that all the information you provide is correct. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS & PURITY PROMISE

AriseRoots guarantees that all its products are 100% natural and pure. We use absolutely NO artificial ingredients, NO artificial colours, NO artificial flavours, and NO chemical additives or preservatives of any kind — across all our product ranges including organic flours, sattu, traditional sweets (Gold Series), cold-pressed oils, and besan.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, as our products are natural and crafted in small fresh batches, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur. Packaging formats (such as ziplock pouches or premium boxes) may vary based on stock and operational updates. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and may limit quantities.

Fresh dairy products including Milk, Dahi (Curd), Chhachh (Mattha/Buttermilk), and Paneer are also available under the AriseRoots brand. These products are 100% natural, free from artificial preservatives, and available for local delivery only within select pin codes in and around Haridwar, Uttarakhand. Ghee is available pan-India. All dairy products must be consumed within the shelf life printed on the packaging.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, RETURNS & UNBOXING POLICY

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. AriseRoots reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Because we deal in premium food and perishable items, all products are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. Refunds or replacements will solely be processed if an item is incorrect or damaged in transit (e.g., leakage).

Mandatory Unboxing Rule: Claims for transit damage or leakage must be reported to us within 24-48 hours of delivery at ariserootsfoods@gmail.com. A clear, uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened is strictly required to process any claim.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

Offline vs. Online Pricing: Prices posted in our online store may differ from prices offered at our physical marketing stalls or offline promotions due to shipping, handling, and exclusive online/offline offers. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information for all transactions.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

AriseRoots ships dry and shelf-stable products across India. Estimated delivery time is 5–7 business days depending on location. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once transferred to carrier, title and risk of loss passes to the customer.

Fresh dairy products (Milk, Dahi, Chhachh, Paneer) are delivered via same-day local delivery only, within select Haridwar-area pin codes, in two scheduled slots — Morning (6:00 AM–10:00 AM) and Evening (5:00 PM–9:00 PM) — or on-demand between 10:00 AM–5:00 PM. Delivery charges apply as per our Shipping Policy.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brand names, product packaging designs, text, images, and graphics, are owned by AriseRoots and protected by intellectual property laws. You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any of the material without our prior written consent.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties. We provide access to such tools "as is" without warranties. We shall have no liability arising from your use of optional third-party tools.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

The Services may contain materials and hyperlinks to websites operated by third parties. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to your access to any third-party websites or your purchase of any products or services on those sites.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

AriseRoots is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with AriseRoots. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and AriseRoots.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, and certain personal information may be subject to Shopify's Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read these privacy policies.

SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK

If you submit ideas, feedback, reviews, or proposals ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and publish such Feedback. We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence or pay compensation for it.

SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our Services that contains typographical errors or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate without prior notice.

You may not use the Services: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to violate any laws; (c) to infringe upon our intellectual property; (d) to harass, abuse, or defame; (e) to submit false information; (f) to upload malicious code; (g) to spam or phish; or (h) to scrape or use automated AI tools to extract data from our site.

This section applies if you deploy an Agent (autonomous software) to interact with our Services. Agents must identify themselves in HTTP requests and not conceal their automated nature. We may limit or block Agent access at our discretion.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at our sole discretion at any time without notice. Certain sections (Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Governing Law, etc.) will survive termination.

The information presented is for general purposes only. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED, THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED 'AS IS' WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Allergen & Medical Disclaimer: While AriseRoots products are 100% natural, customers with specific food allergies (e.g., to specific grains, seeds, or nuts) must review ingredients carefully before consumption. Our products are intended for general consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition or disease.

Customers are advised to refrigerate all fresh dairy products immediately upon receipt and consume within the shelf life indicated on the packaging. AriseRoots is not responsible for quality deterioration due to improper storage after delivery.

SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO CASE SHALL AriseRoots, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, OR SHOPIFY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INJURY, LOSS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA) ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR PRODUCTS PROCURED.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AriseRoots, Shopify, and our partners from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including attorney's fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or violation of any law.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful or unenforceable, the unenforceable portion shall be severed, and such determination shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.

SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AriseRoots, superseding any prior agreements.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms without notice to you.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. You and AriseRoots explicitly consent to the exclusive venue and personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Haridwar, Uttarakhand, India for any legal disputes.

SECTION 23 - HEADINGS

The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or affect these Terms.

SECTION 24 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at our sole discretion by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the Services following changes constitutes acceptance.
